Chicken Leg Quarters - Pasture Raised Colorado Chicken

Raised on pasture near Strasburg, Colorado, our chickens are moved regularly to fresh ground and supplemented with a non-GMO, soy-free feed. The result is flavorful, well-balanced meat with a firm texture and consistent quality.

Unlike most poultry programs, these birds never leave our hands. We raise them, process them, package them, and sell them ourselves, giving us complete control over quality every step of the way.

Consisting of the thigh and drumstick together, leg quarters are often considered the most flavorful portion of the bird. Their natural richness and balance of dark meat make them exceptionally well-suited for grilling, smoking, roasting, or braising, delivering juicy, tender results across a wide range of cooking methods.

Due to state and federal regulations, our chicken products cannot be shipped outside of Colorado.

Our pasture-raised chickens are available seasonally and are typically offered June through August.
