Raised on native pasture and grass-finished in partnership with our eastern Colorado ranchers, these cattle develop depth, structure, and clean flavor that carry through in every bite. The brisket grind brings added richness and a slightly more robust texture than traditional burgers.

Formed in-house at Back Home Butchery for consistent size and even cooking — straightforward, flavorful, and built for the grill.
