The ultimate steakhouse cut, our bone-in ribeye captures everything great about Colorado Angus — deep marbling, bold beef flavor from open-range pasture. The bone adds richness and juiciness, while the natural diet of native grasses gives the meat an honest, earthy depth. Hand-cut and finished in partnership with our ranchers across eastern Colorado for a true high-plains ribeye. Our ribeyes average 1.1-1.25 lbs and come one to a package.
