After we remove the steaks and/or roasts from your animal, we will equally divide your remaining trim between your selections below. 10# minimums per flavor would be ideal; but we will work with you. The " * " denotes our most popular flavors.

Back Home BBQ Options:

Package #1 includes two (2) BHB BBQ options

  • Ground Game: cut with grass-fed beef (15%)
  • Burger Patties: .4(ish!) pound burger patties cut with grass-fed beef (15%) and seasoned with salt and pepper. 2 patties per pack.

  • Pastrami: Cured and smoked whole muscle groups, fantastic hot or cold.
  • Smoked Sandwich Meat: Same as above; flavor options are;

  • Jerky: as of spring '26 we only produce whole-muscle jerky (some folks call it sliced or stripped jerky). Individually sliced, cured, and dehydrated pieces of whole muscle groups. It is a fantastic product, but very labor intensive for our small shop. We look forward to having ground jerky options in the future.

Misc./Cool Stuff:

  • Bone Broth: We cut and roast your animals bones (with others from that week), add water, a little salt, heat, and a lot of time. It produces a very gelatinous bone broth, and we are proud to help utilize as much of your animal as possible. 
  • Bone Marrow: Ever had Elk or Moose Marrow? We can make that happen for you, just carry those bones out! Deer and smaller are generally too small to cut safely. 
  • Hide Tanning/product: Who doesn't need elk moccasins, buckskin gloves, or an antelope hide shirt for dinner at the in-laws? If you want something cool made out of your animal give us a holler, we would love to help you.
